WHAT IS ART WITH ME?

Art With Me is an international arts, music, and culture festival, offering experiences across a multitude of highly creative platforms which will immerse, inspire, and activate its attendees and followers. Art with Me is an all-encompassing experience centered around our core six pillars: art, music, cuisine, culture, wellness, education, and community.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A GA TICKET?

  • Art exhibits, workshops, and installations.

  • Dedicated Premium Access only restrooms.
  • Access to preferred viewing areas at music stages.

WILL SET TIMES BE ANNOUNCED IN ADVANCE?

DO CHILDREN NEED A TICKET?

Children under 12 enter for free. 

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Grab tickets early via our tickets page here or by clicking on the red Tickets button at the top of the page. 

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE EVENT?

Tickets can be purchased at the box office located at the entrance of the festival (unless sold out). We strongly recommend buying tickets ahead of time via our tickets page here.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE USED TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

Credit and Debit Card.

WHAT ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ADDED ON?

Art With Me tickets purchased via our website are inclusive of taxes and administration fees.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Yes – by selecting the payment plan, you agree to pay a portion of the full ticket price in recurring monthly payments until completion of payment, with the  final date of payment set by the event organizer. The payment dates and amounts you owe will be listed in your payment schedule (when tickets are selected, prior to payment).
  2. Tickets must be paid by the final payment date set by the event organizer in order for your tickets to be valid.
  3. You may update or change the credit card on your payment plan at any time by adding a credit card to your account and selecting the new card in Payment Plan Details.
  4. You may cancel your order in the middle of a payment plan – but in doing so, you agree to forfeit all funds from previous payments. Refunds on voluntarily canceled orders are not permitted.
  5. If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method before your order is canceled. Refunds on canceled orders due to failed payments are not permitted.

IF I PURCHASE ADMISSION WITH A PAYMENT PLAN, WHAT HAPPENS IF I STOP MAKING MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS?

If you miss your payment, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay your next installment before your order is canceled and is subject to non-refundable fees.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TICKETS I CAN BUY?

Tickets are limited to ten (10) per person.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?

Tickets will be sent to the email provided and will serve as your admission to the event.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO PREMIUM TICKETS?

Please email us at [email protected]. You can also upgrade on site at the event.

DO YOU OFFER TABLE SERVICE?

Yes, we will offer table service at select music stages.. For more information on pricing and reservations, please reach out to [email protected] or text +1 (805) 746-5480.

 

ARE THE TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

Tickets are non-refundable, but unused tickets are transferable. If you are transferring to another person prior to the event, contact [email protected] for directions.

GETTING TO ART WITH ME

LOCATION 

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park

PARKING:

  • We strongly recommend the use of rideshare services such as Uber, as parking is limited.
  • LIMITED paid parking is available on-site at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park (first come first serve) for $25.  There is supplemental parking just across Rickenbacker Causeway at the Miami Seaquarium for $30. 
  • Shuttles will run on loop from the Miami Seaquarium to the Art WIth Me Miami box office (3 min drive).

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Miami International Airport is the closest airport (15-20 minutes). Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is also nearby (45 minute drive).

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START AND END? 

Friday: 4 PM – 3 AM
Saturday: 2 PM – 2 AM
Sunday: 11 AM – 11 PM

Hours are subject to change.  

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE EVENT?

Re-entry is permitted up until 10pm. After this time, re-entry will not be permitted.

 

ON-SITE AT ART WITH ME

WILL THE EVENT BE CASHLESS? 

Yes! For the bars on-site, AWM has partnered with Billfold to bring you contactless payment. You will receive an RFID (radio frequency identification) wristband upon entry, and then proceed to connect your credit card to your wristband at one of the Billfold activation centers. Once your payment is connected, you’ll be able to pay for all bar purchases with use of your wristband.

Craft and Food vendors will require a physical credit or debit card payment.

EAT WITH ME

A wide assortment of food vendors will be showcased at Art With Me Miami.  Vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free options will be readily available.  Check back soon for a full list of offerings.  Reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions or specific concerns.

ALCOHOL

To purchase alcoholic beverages, you must be 21 or over and present a valid ID.  

BREATH WITH ME (WELLNESS)

Breath With Me programming and wellness offerings are available all day and are capacity permitting. All equipment and necessary items will be provided during each session.

 ADA COMPLIANCE

Art With Me strives to provide accessibility for all attendees, including those with mobility challenges. We welcome guests to use personal mobility aids like wheelchairs and scooters. The event venue features accessible pathways to ensure easy navigation for people with mobility disabilities. Additionally, all VIP/Premium areas meet ADA compliance standards. If you’d like further details about accessible pathways, please reach out to us for further information.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Safety of all is a top priority! Medical assistance will be located in close proximity to the main stage. Emergency Medical and Fire rescue personnel will be onsite and ready in the event of an emergency.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost and Found is located at the Information Booth near the Healing Village during operating hours. All lost and found items will be locked during non-operating hours and available for retrieval the following day at the Box Office. You must be able to describe the lost item in detail or show proof of person when relevant.

 

ART WITH ME GUIDELINES

NOT ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL

  • Weapons of any kind.
  • Drugs.
  • Outside food or drink.
  • Professional cameras (those with detachable lenses).
  • Drones.
  • Drug paraphernalia.
  • Aerosol products.
  • Glass, steel, aluminum, or metal containers.
  • Air horns or noisemakers.
  • Fireworks or explosives.
  • Flyers, samples, or promotional materials of any kind.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Chairs, blankets, umbrellas, or hula hoops.
  • AVPs, MODs, or Liquid Refill.
  • Cartridges.
  • Pepper spray or mace.
  • Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets.
  • Bags that are larger than 14”x15”x5” (35x28x12cm) or 30 linear inches (75cm).

ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL

  • E-cigs, small vape pens, and tobacco cigarettes.
  • Cameras (Please note, non-professional detachable lens cameras are not allowed).
  • Chapstick, lip balm, lipstick.
  • Small flags of countries/regions, 12.5 x 18 inch max size.
  • GoPros (no poles/sticks).
  • Mobile phones and external sun chargers.
  • Sunblock (sealed/unopened).
  • Eyedrops (sealed/unopened).
  • Female hygiene items (sealed/unopened).
  • Makeup.
  • Binoculars.
  • Small single-pocket drawstring bags.
  • Small purses or fanny packs.
  • Hand sanitizers and small packs of disinfection wipes (sealed/unopened).
  • Good vibes, big smiles, and lots of energy!

VOLUNTEERS

We are accepting applications for volunteers.  Please visit our FestiVOL partner’s website and sign-up to submit your application to participate.  Volunteers receive a ticket to the festival in exchange for their time helping us create this magical experience!
